Cancellation insurance
The charter fee is non-refundable unless $200 Charter Cancellation Insurance is purchased, which allows for a refund (less a $500 fee) if cancelled more than 90 days before, or if the period is resold within 90 days, while cancellations without insurance receive no refund and weather-related interruptions only qualify for future charter credit.

The yacht features 4 heads and a fresh water capacity of 0 L — perfect for long voyages. The fuel tank capacity of 0 L allows for long transitions without frequent refueling. Additionally, the boat is equipped with spare anchor (reserve, auxiliary anchor), torch, cockpit/stern, outside shower, hot water, radio, compass, cockpit cushions, gps chart plotter, as well as all necessary safety and navigation equipment according to global standards.

Charter Options
Bareboat
For bareboat charter in British Virgin Islands, a valid sailing license is required: IPC (International Proficiency Certificate) issued by ASA, US Sailing, NauticEd, RYA, IYT, or another certified school. Please upload your license to your profile for verification upon booking.
Skippered
A professional skipper can be provided for €325 per day + food. Skipper meals and a separate cabin are required and not included in the charter fee.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €5,000 must be paid on site at the base in BVI, Tortola, Nanny Cay Marina before boarding. The deposit is fully returned at the end of the charter if the yacht is returned without damage. The deposit represents your maximum liability in case of damage.

Payment & Cancellation
Free Reservation (option hold for 3 days).
No payment is required until you sign the charter agreement.
Payment Terms:
- Prepayment: 30% of the charter fee due upon booking (or 100% if departure is within 60 days).
- Balance: 70% due 60 days before the charter starts.
- Extras & Services: paid at the base or in advance according to the terms.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30% of the charter fee is retained if cancelled more than 60 days before departure.
- 100% of the charter fee is retained if cancelled 60 days or less before departure.
