The yacht features 2 heads and a fresh water capacity of 0 L — perfect for long voyages. The fuel tank capacity of 0 L allows for long transitions without frequent refueling. Additionally, the boat is equipped with distress flare box, pilot book, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils (galley equipment, cutlery), bilge pump - mechanic, towels, hot water, as well as all necessary safety and navigation equipment according to global standards.
Oceanis 40.1 - 3 cab. is available for charter from Procida (Italy), a great starting point for exploring the local waters. Upon your request, we can provide an experienced skipper for your cruise.

Charter Options
Bareboat
For bareboat charter in Italy, a valid sailing license is required: IPC (International Proficiency Certificate) issued by ASA, US Sailing, NauticEd, RYA, IYT, or another certified school. Please upload your license to your profile for verification upon booking.
Skippered
A professional skipper can be provided for €1,900 per week. Skipper meals and a separate cabin are required and not included in the charter fee.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €4,475 must be paid on site at the base in Procida before boarding. The deposit is fully returned at the end of the charter if the yacht is returned without damage. The deposit represents your maximum liability in case of damage.

Payment & Cancellation
Free Reservation (option hold for 3 days).
No payment is required until you sign the charter agreement.
Payment Terms:
- Prepayment: 30% of the charter fee due upon booking (or 100% if departure is within 60 days).
- Balance: 70% due 60 days before the charter starts.
- Extras & Services: paid at the base or in advance according to the terms.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30% of the charter fee is retained if cancelled more than 60 days before departure.
- 100% of the charter fee is retained if cancelled 60 days or less before departure.
